"Woman in Milan" se caracteriza por la tensión visual entre la figura femenina y el entorno urbano milanés, donde la mujer nunca parece fundirse del todo con la ciudad. El uso combinado de luz natural y flash, junto con encuadres precisos desde atrás, crea escenas que evocan la atmósfera fragmentada y misteriosa del cine de Wenders, Tarantino, Almodóvar y Fellini.

La serie invita a reflexionar sobre la identidad y la representación del cuerpo femenino en el espacio público, mostrando mujeres anónimas cuyas posturas y gestos sugieren historias abiertas.
